Let me tell you about Aaron…

Aaron is what most people would consider you normal, “everyday” guy.  He’s in his 30s.  Has a family.  Travels sometimes for work and puts in the overtime.  Does a little martial arts on the side.

At first glance, Aaron is exactly what you’d expect if I told you to think of what a “normal” guy of his age would be like.

But Aaron is anything but “normal”.

When Aaron decided it was time to build a great looking body, he knew that traditional cardio just wasn’t going to cut it.

See, Aaron was already in pretty good shape.  He was strong.  Pretty fast.  And even had good cardio.  The workout routines and other physical activities he does had ensured that.  But he didn't look the part.  At roughly 195 pounds, he just felt...heavy.

So he contacted me.

We had known each other for a while, and I'd helped him get stronger and build his cardio for some martial arts stuff he was messing with.  But this time was different.  He wanted to make a serious change.

I knew exactly what he needed.

I'd been researching different ways of losing weight and blasting bodyfat off your body.  While a good diet is absolutely necessary, the right workout magnifies those results to insane levels.

There was a very popular weight loss workout on the market - one of those infomercial jobs.  I won't mention it by name...but let's just say there's an "X" in the name.  Hint, hint.

Now I'd seen this program before, and it wasn't bad.  But it wasn't great, either.  I mean, it was better than other stuff out at the time, but that wasn't saying much.  Most people didn't realize this, but there were a TON of ways it could have been better.  But they had a great hype-driven marketing machine, so that worked for 'em.

At the same time, I was also studying something called PHA (Peripheral Heart Action).  It was a style of working out that Bob Gajda pioneered involving a particular type of circuit training.  Bob was a Mr. America-winning bodybuilder who went on to be one of the world's most prominent kinesiotherapists and sports trainers.

He'd expanded his research to helping medical patients who needed to seriously improve heart health and drop drastic amounts of bodyfat in record time for health reasons.  Turns out the same circuit training principles he'd used to build his Mr. America winning body were the same ones he used to help these patients.

I knew if I could take Gajda's PHA principles and tweak them to the needs of people wanting to use that "X" program, you'd have the ultimate weight loss and bodyfat blasting program.

So that's what I set Aaron up on.  And the results were outstanding.

To the point that the personal trainers in his gym were even checking out what he was doing!

Here's part of an email Aaron sent me detailing his progress:

"Ok so I'm in Week 13 of the program. I see 5 rounds of GPP with 30 seconds rest and then 175 medicine ball burpees...Like a good 'Working Class' trainee I completed it as required...I'm happy to say I was able to complete all 175 in 19:32. The trainer at 24hr Fitness just watched me as he was working with a client. When I was done he came over and just shook my hand. Enough said. Best part is I felt like a champ about 2 min after I was done. I think I'm the new gym hard working mascot. Keep it up - your programs are the best!
