About The Instructor

My name is Paul Costelo .

I'm Much Younger in the picture!

This is my first course on healthy eating.

I'm 62. The reasons for my putting it together: I had to give up work 2 years ago because I couldn't breathe.

I'd had a heart attack in 2013 and bad asthma all my life.

But I'd learnt nothing. I still ate burgers,other junk food,white sugar.

I finally realised at Christmas 2018;after 2 years of being imprisoned in my home, being only able to walk about 10 yards and prescription drugs NOT really helping that I  had to do something.

My Doctors told me to lose a lot of weight but to eat healthy foods.

So,AT LAST, I changed. I've only lost about 10kg(1 1/2 stone) so far but my health is slowly improving. 

I  was an English teacher for 30 years and put this course together using those skills.

I  hope you like it!.
