Delivery Method and Time
In order to provide an effective tailor-made solution, we need you to fill in information about your exposure and provide us a Gmail address. The information will be collected by a form that will be available after the payment is completed.
Setup time: up to two business days.
The product is implemented in Google sheets. After setup is completed we will share the Management tools with you, to the Gmail address you provide us.
Subscription period: 30 days after the setup is completed.

Hedging policy
A policy, whether approved by the company management or board of directors, should be formulated in such a way that it relates to parameters such as:
Hedge time horizon at any point in time
Hedge percentages for each hedging horizon given a possible spot within a certain range of rates.
Reference rates
The budget rate is the most common reference rate.
The most important thing in setting a budget rate is to set a defensible budget rate.
The budget rate should reflect a weighted average of the protected rate for the relevant budget year and the forward rate for the exposure duration at the time the budget rate is determined.
Exposed cash flow
Predicted net receipts or payments in foreign currency (any currency other than the functional currency).
Exposures that are made in the functional currency but linked to a foreign currency must also be taken into account.
Book
Manage a high-quality book for executed derivatives.
Conditional formatting will alert if incorrect information has been entered.
