5.0 out of 5 stars Comprehensive 2 July 2010

Very well written, practical, comprehensive, common sense. Made me change my view on the interview process altogether and made me succeed at my next interview after reading it. That wouldn't have been the case without it, I am pretty sure!
I'd say one of the best on the market. Remember, you don't really need all these fancy and dramatic guides on "tough interviews" etc. Master the basic as described in this book well and you will be fine. If any company or potential future employer is using different strategies, then that could indicated a problem with them, and possibly you wouldn't really want to work for / with them, don't you think...?!

Reading this book helped me to emphasize with my interviewers and make my answers relevant to the particular job.

A lot of the advice is common sense, but it is quicker and easier to learn these lessons from this book than from lots of practise interviews.

Well written and easy to read.
